After graduating from Louisiana State University School of Law in 1984, Richard developed extensive litigation experience in the areas of insurance defense and sales and use tax law, representing municipalities across northern Louisiana. He became one of the founding partners of the firm and continues to represent clients in construction litigation, personal injury matters, sales and use tax litigation and all types of general civil litigation.
